I’m Kim, and if you are new to my blog, welcome! I am so glad you are here, and hope you become a regular at the Charming Homes & Gardens party, and to Shiplap and Shells!
My blog is all about my home, garden and life in the PNW. I live in a beach cottage on the Puget Sound with my husband and pups, Lucy and Jax. We have spent the last 8 years, renovating, improving and adding character and charm to our 100 year-old cottage.
THIS WEEK ON SHIPLAP AND SHELLS
Do you ever feel like you have SO many fun ideas to try for the fall season, and SO many things you want to share with everyone, and then all of a sudden…you’ve run out of time? That’s how I am feeling this week. How did we get to this point in time when the focus is now on Christmas? It’s even snowing in certain places in the country already.
I loved reading all the posts this week. And there was so much variety! Recipes, home decor, DIY’s, garden prep, home renovations and everything fall. I hope you like the features as much as I do, I only wish I could have chosen more. So much inspiration! Have a great rest of the week my friends.
Who loves vintage? Come along as I show you how I add vintage inspiration to my fall bedroom for a warm and cozy feel.
My PNW garden is still going strong this October, with bright, beautiful blooms, and fabulous fall containers filled with pumpkins and seasonal flowers.
Vintage pieces are the perfect fall decor, adding to the warmth that autumn naturally brings. Take a look at some of the ways I mixed some vintage charm throughout my home.
