Ornaments in Containers
Ornaments don’t just look fabulous on a tree, they pretty much look amazing no matter where you put them. After decorating the Christmas tree, leave some extra ornaments to fill a dough bowl, bucket or wooden crate for the perfect holiday vignette.

A Bowl of Seasonal Fruit and Greenery
I do believe this is the easiest holiday vignette to create. First, go to the store and buy fruit. Next, put the fruit in a bowl or really in anything you want. Finally, add a sprig or two of greenery. You should be able to find some on a walk or in your backyard. I TOLD YOU THIS WAS EASY!
It doesn’t matter what you use, pomegranates, oranges, pears. They all look beautiful. And it doesn’t need to be fresh fruit and greenery. You can use faux for either, or both, and will look just as beautiful.

Wrapped Packages with Greenery
Now this may take a bit longer to do, depending on how many gift boxes you want to wrap. I always stash a pile of boxes every year so I can wrap them in a different theme.

If you know anything about me, you know I love bringing the outdoors inside. So I’m sure you’re not surprised to see that I love adding greenery to a neutral wrapping paper. Put your pretty creations under the tree, on a table for a holiday vignette, on a chair or all of the above. They will look beautiful wherever you put them.

Greenery or Berries in a Container
This is about as easy as it gets, wouldn’t you say? Evergreen branches, eucalyptus, rosemary, so many options. I personally don’t have a lot of berries in my yard, so I tend to use faux berries. This adds a much needed splash of color to any holiday vignette.

Assorted Nuts in a Bowl
Maybe this is the easiest vignette to create…open package of nuts and pour into a bowl. I think we have a winner! You could also add them to a glass jar or container.
