What’s Going on in the World of Shiplap and Shells
Pot Rack GIVEAWAY:
Have you seen my pot rack?
Now you have. We decided it would be fun to buy the materials, valued at around $120, for another pot rack and give them away. It’s super easy to assemble. It took me about 10 minutes.
Visit my blog post to enter. All you have to do is share your favorite holiday memory in the comments to enter to win. Yes…it’s THAT easy!
Christmas Decorating:
I’m starting to bring down all the Christmas totes and sift through them. Why is it I forget what I have every year? I just know a lightbulb is going to go off, and I’m going to find a way to be more organized for next year. How about you? Do you have any great ideas to stay organized with your Christmas decorations?
This year will be a lot easier for me to decorate. I had foot surgery on October 24 last year, and then another one on December 19th. So you can imagine the holiday I had. My husband did all the work, well… I shouldn’t say all the work. I pointed a lot. I will say that my pointer finger got a lot of use. It really hurt!
I should have something to show you in the next few days. I’ll be decorating my greenhouse this year too.
Holiday Gifts:
I am LOVING my Antique Candle Co. holiday candles. I really love the Tree Farm scent, but the Christmas Day scent is so YUMMY! If you are looking for holiday gifts, you have to check out their Christmas bundles, and they are offering free shipping on every order right now.
I’m sharing a few of my favorite faux tabletop Christmas trees from the web. I have to decorate with smaller trees because my house is so small, so I’m always on the lookout.
Another Giveaway:
This is a lot of fun. A big group of bloggers are giving away 6 cash prizes which will be announced just in time for Black Friday shopping.
What Happened on the Blog Last Week:
I gave a few tips on fall gardening. Have you ever mowed your fallen leaves for mulch to use for the garden beds. Check it out! And I’ve shared a few pointers on storing your dahlias for winter.
And I have 8 simple ideas for starting your holiday decorating.
What I’m Working on for Next Week:
Did you see how I cleaned up my copper on Instagram stories? If not, I’ll be sharing my tips this week. I’m going to be decorating with some seasonal fruit. Stay tuned!
It’s all about Christmas decorating! And I’ll continue to share my favorite Christmas and holiday finds.
Check Out the Amazing Inspiration I Found This Week!
My friend Ann of Dabbling and Decorating has one of my favorite blogs. She has such a beautiful style, and you’ll find vintage throughout both her homes, in Vermont, and in Maine. Meet Ella. She gets to nap in Ann’s beautiful sunroom.
CoCo is another blogger that I gain so much inspiration from. And this project was beyond amazing to me. Trust me, you’ll love this!
My friend Jen has a 2021 flower calendar coming out! It is so pretty! You can preorder yours now!
