This and That
Happy holiday weekend to my American friends! How was your Thanksgiving?
Ours was more of a Friendsgiving and was absolutely wonderful. The table was set beautifully, and the food was even better.
We even got to take home a Thanksgiving to-go bag, which was unexpected and so yummy!

Annual Wreath Party
A wreath party is always a great way to start the holiday season.
Everyone brought branches from their yards. I was in charge of the magnolias.
There were plenty of snacks and leftovers, including turkey noodle soup, scones, and mimosas.
Our host even roasted chestnuts on an open fire.
And here are some of the wreaths my friends made…

Around Our Beach Cottage for the Holidays
I added a few holiday touches to our bedroom last week. When I went to take pictures of the room, Ollie was taking a nap. He was so cute.
Here’s the entrance to our bedroom.
I couldn’t move him when he looked so sweet, so I took all the pictures with him in it.
Here’s the mantel my husband made me.
Coastal Christmas Decor
I’ve always wanted to have a coastal Christmas. Other than decorating a mini tree one year, I have never followed through.
My friend decorated her beach home with a coastal theme. And she has inspired me to try it myself for Christmas.
She made all her ornaments herself.
Here’s a smaller coastal Christmas tree.
How cute are these coastal decorative trees?
